David has primary responsibility for management of the Quality Assurance department. He works closely with the Development, Production, and Purchasing departments to gauge the effectiveness of our efforts to improve the quality and efficiency while adhering to the ISO 9001, environmental, and safety standards. He is responsible for responding to customer issues. He also works with all our various departments to resolve any internal plant issues. |
