Hydrogen Peroxide Bleach Stabilizer

    Oxystab C  is a recently developed multi-functional bleaching assistant.

     It is highly effective  in the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching of woven or    knitted cotton and cotton blend fabrics.  It can be employed in both continuous and  batch systems to offer the following  advantages.

    Oxystab C  produces superior whiteness on 100% knitted cotton fabrics when compared to other commercially available stabilizers.

    When it comes to the elimination of scale build-up, Oxystab C can totally replace or reduce the concentration of sodium silicate or potassium orthosilicate in the bleaching system.  This eliminates the possibility of a formation of insoluble and magnesium silicates which can result in scale build-up and encrustation of the bleaching agent.

        To reduce contamination, Oxystab C deactivates harmful metallic contaminates: e.g., iron, copper, which have an adverse affect on hydrogen peroxide stability.

        The rate of perhydroxyl formation can be controlled and wasteful hydrogen peroxide decomposition significantly reduced with Oxystab C when compared with the performance of other commercially available products.

    Last of all, Oxystab C  will replace existing organic hydrogen peroxide stabilizers at an equivalent concentration with a lower chemical cost.
